Since about 2 minutes, I use phpmyID.
Basically it goes like this:
1. download the files
2. upload the files to your webspace
3. visit the MyID.config.php and remember what it says in the "Realm"; line (e.g. Realm: phpMyID)
4. create your secure md5 hash thingy by executing the following commandline somewhere

$ echo -n ‘username:realm:password' | openssl md5

5. edit that part of the MyID.config.php to match your Data:
$GLOBALS['profile'] = array( # Basic Config 'auth_username' => 'test', 'auth_password' => '37fa04faebe5249023ed1f6cc867329b', 'auth_realm' => 'phpMyID',
6. edit that part too:
$GLOBALS['sreg'] = array ( # 'nickname' => 'Joe', # 'email' => '[email protected]', # 'fullname' => 'Joe Example', # 'dob' => '1970-10-31', # 'gender' => 'M', # 'postcode' => '22000', # 'country' => 'US', # 'language' => 'en', # 'timezone' => 'America/New_York' );
7. boom, you're done… no making stuff writeable, no database yadda yadday, nothing :)
8. change those two lines to match your setup and insert that stuff in the < head > part of the index page of your webspace:

Ireland yesterday became the first country in the world to ban the traditional lightbulb. Householders will be forced to switch to new long-life low-energy bulbs in 12 months' time. New legislation is being introduced banning the sale of the normal incandescent lightbulb from January, 2009.
As the normal lightbulb expires, householders will have to replace them with the more environmentally friendly long-life bulb which uses far less energy.

Die Spieleindustrie erlebt in letzter Zeit einen enormen Zuwachs und stellt mit ihren Umsätzen selbst Hollywood in den Schatten. Ausbildungsstätten und Hochschulen, die sich speziell mit Spieleentwicklung und -design beschäftigen verbreiten sich rasant und zeigen, dass auch das Bildungswesen diesen Trend erkannt hat. Aus diesem Grund setzen sich Vertreter aus Industrie und Wirtschaft sowie Studierende der Stuttgarter Hochschule der Medien (HdM) beim vierten "Games Day"; am 7. Dezember 2007 damit auseinander.

Der "Games Day"; stellt den Abschluss einer dreitägigen Veranstaltungsreihe rund um das Thema Computerspiele und digitale Welten dar. Das Medienethik-Symposium am 5. und 6. Dezember 2007 beleuchtet die neuen Herausforderungen für die Ethik und der "Games Day"; betrachtet die dahinter stehende Technik.

Ab neun Uhr erfahren die Besucher in Vorträgen und Diskussionen alles Wissenswerte rund um die Themen Game-Patterns, Security in Online Spielen sowie Game-Balancing. Außerdem stehen dieses Semester Live-Demonstrationen von Computer- und Konsolenspielen und ein 3D Workshop auf dem Programm. Das Motto lautet hierbei "fragen und anfassen ist erwünscht";.

Der Games Day findet an der HdM, Nobelstraße 10, 70569 Stuttgart, in
Raum 011 (Audimax) statt. Gäste sind herzlich eingeladen.
